My first visit to West Village Dental Studio was pleasant. Dr. Klose and team were very kind and professional. However, my 2nd visit was not a happy experience at all. When I called to confirm my Saturday appointment, I requested I need to get bonding for my gum recession beside regular check-up and cleaning. A receptionist (supposedly office manager) responded that I can get my regular check-up and cleaning but no bonding for the appointment.
