I have been pt here for 17 yr= Dr Gissal got me in this office when we worked together at BMC. I always have Paula clean my teeth she is very particular = perfectionist at her job. She reminds me of RN I was at my job so that is a high compliment to Paula. Dede is a blessing from above= lovely great lady. From the time you walk into the door, until you are place in the dental chair, you are met with warm smiles and caring face. Throughout the procedure the doctor & technicians are constantly checking in with you to see how you are doing, and explaining things in a detailed way so you will know what is going on. They include you in the decision making process and they really take great care in making you feel comfortable. I wish I had found this place sooner.

Five Star Service ....extreme competency coupled with caring and concern. FINALLY, I can go to the dentist without fear and I don't have to worry about being embarassed because of my low pain tolerance. Every attempt was made to ensure that I had a NO PAIN experience and that ended up being the case. A snuggly blanket and lots of smiles and attenton. Highly recommend this dental office to those who are afraid to visit the dentist OR anyone who just needs exceptional care.
I am disappointed that I was never told anything could be done to fix my NTI when I told Paula is was loose and came out so easy.
We have been coming to this office when Dr. Bill owned the practice, and we continue. Staff is professional, caring and works with our needs and schedule.
The staff always greet with you when you enter, the atmosphere is positive and upon leaving,you feel you are glad to have been to the dentist!
