The staff are amazing and take great care of their patients, exceptional dental practices are hard to find and if you can become a patient here you wont regret it.
Everything was fine. It would have been better if you had told me, "You have no cavities." Alas reality sometimes bites.
I had a great experience, as usual with my cleaning. We arrived late due to reminder errors and Melissa was very accomodating and still worked my boys in. She was very patient while she worked with my one son that was having some anxiety over having his xrays taken. Paula, always does a great job working on me. She understands that I don't enjoy the dentist and she does everything she can to make my appointment as easy as possible. When I come to Dr. Carrie Lintner's dentist office, I always have a wonderful experience. The staff is nice, caring, hardworking and loves the patients. I always ask for Melissa to do my cleaning and she does a wonderful job with my teeth and making me feel comfortable. I used to hate the going to the dentist, but going now isnt that bad. :) I also like going in the office and its good to see women working there because you dont see that at many companies!!
Dr. Bill is the best! I had a tooth filled with no pain killer and I experienced no pain whatsoever. I was very pleased with every aspect of my visit.
The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. I thought is was incredibly sweet of them to give me a panera gift card since they were running late. It was a nice surprise and excellent customer service tool
Dr. Carrie and her staff are simply the best! Kind, understanding, gentle, and provide you with everything you need to feel safe, relaxed and happy. I actually enjoy, yes enjoy going to the dentist!
This office is friendly & professional. Dental health is Dr. Lintner's focus. They will attempt to adjust to your schedule, given theirs. My "old fears" of the dentist simply don't exist at this office.
