I was in NYC when my bridge came loose. A little panicked, I called Dr. Carrie's office. The staff understood my situation & scheduled me for the first available appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted by a staff who really cared about my situation. Dr. Carrie explained why the bridge came loose and what she was going to do to secure it. She recommended that I follow up with an oral surgeon because my situation was unique. Amy offered to call the local oral surgeon & book an appointment while I was checking out. As always, the staff was friendly and helpful. They refreshed my x-rays and cleaned my teeth with the water pick, which is so much less painful that the scraper type pick that was used by my previous dentist.
