I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and compassion at this office. On the day of my appointment, they called me — I did not call them — and when I tried to explain that I was very sick with the flu after spending the night in the emergency room, the nurse did not even let me speak. She cut me off immediately and showed zero interest in my situation. Despite clearly communicating that I was severely ill, they still charged me $44. Just had my Implant completed and cannot be more pleased with the results. I can't tell it from the real ones. Kim Schwartz (treatment coordinator) discussed the appointments with me and pricing plus options answered all my questions and put me at ease. Meeting Dr Nanavati the same day he told me about the procedure plus how painless the bone graft would be plus answering all the questions I gave him and how pleased I would be with the results I was on board with the Implant. Alright, you can either just trust me and book your appointment with this dream team, or read on to know why: I came to see these guys at Tampa Implant & General Dentistry out of sheer disappointment with a different local dentist, and a string of bad dentists before them. I can't tell you how lucky and relieved I am to finally have the right people to call MINE. Super nice staff and doctors. They still saw me even though I was 10 mins late to my appointment, which was really considerate and helpful. My dental exam and cleaning was efficient and didn’t take too long overall. My dentist as well as the staff were very kind, helpful, and patient when it came to answering all of my questions. The office is very clean and tidy as well, comfortable chairs, and a coffee/tea machine and snack bar. For my first time at this office it was a perfectly satisfactory experience.
