I’ve been coming for a at least 4 years now and my opinion about them has never changed. They are friendly, accommodating and timely! Christian the hygienist is thorough but gentle; so gentle that I find myself getting too comfortable and a bit sleepy in his chair 😅. Great location and great staff- highly recommend.
Just had my Implant completed and cannot be more pleased with the results. I can't tell it from the real ones. Kim Schwartz (treatment coordinator) discussed the appointments with me and pricing plus options answered all my questions and put me at ease. Meeting Dr Nanavati the same day he told me about the procedure plus how painless the bone graft would be plus answering all the questions I gave him and how pleased I would be with the results I was on board with the Implant. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and compassion at this office. On the day of my appointment, they called me — I did not call them — and when I tried to explain that I was very sick with the flu after spending the night in the emergency room, the nurse did not even let me speak. She cut me off immediately and showed zero interest in my situation. Despite clearly communicating that I was severely ill, they still charged me $44. Alright, you can either just trust me and book your appointment with this dream team, or read on to know why: I came to see these guys at Tampa Implant & General Dentistry out of sheer disappointment with a different local dentist, and a string of bad dentists before them. I can't tell you how lucky and relieved I am to finally have the right people to call MINE. I submitted a request for a free implant consultation…I have had pain for a long time. I spoke with Kim she took her time and spoke with me about my needs. When I went to the office for my consultation I was extremely nervous… I noticed the staff was very friendly, all greeted me with smiles on my face. Kim was phenomenal during the consultation speaking with her put me ease. Speaking with Dr. Gary was amazing… took his time explained everything to me thoroughly.
