I cannot thank Dr. Wilson & dental hygienist Jessica enough for the care they gave my autistic daughter. Our experience at the Smile Center Sunland location was disappointing from start to finish. The dentist rushed through the appointment, didn’t answer my questions or concerns, and it was obvious she wanted to leave as quickly as possible. We had already waited over 30 minutes, and by the time she finally came over, we were the only patients in the exam area. Had an emergency scare and the team was able to fit us in quickly. Front check-in was informative and pleasant. Tech who checked us in for history was very friendly, caring, and handled our kiddo with care. He informed us of steps prior to anything, which helped ease our minds. We worked with two doctors-both were amazing, communicated well, and heard our concerns. This is by far the absolute best place to bring your kiddos. Dr Mandy is honestly a blessing. The most beautiful soul and it shows!!! Her staff has the best energy. It feels like family when you come here. Be ready to smile and leave satisfied. 5/5 every single time. Clean and professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Such a great experience for my 2.5 year olds first ever appointment! They were so great with him and he felt so comfortable. Dr. Wilson was quick yet thorough and had such great energy about him while being great with my little guy :)
