I cannot thank Dr. Wilson & dental hygienist Jessica enough for the care they gave my autistic daughter. We have been to other dentists in the past, and it was always a challenge so many complications, stress, and tears. But this visit was completely different. We travel from New Mexico just to come here because they are so great. They have always made the experience of going to the dentist better for my son - who has so much anxiety. I had horrible experiences growing up at the dentist and I wanted to make sure I found a good one for my son so that didn’t happen to him. We are so grateful we found that here. All the staff and dentists are amazing.
Amazing staff. So upbeat and accommodating. So great with my son , now I’m a patient too! The cleanings are thorough and all services my son has had have been excellent. All the dentists on staff are excellent, knowledgeable, patient and easy to have conversations with. 10 out of 10!! Smile centers for kids is a win for the entire family!
Had an emergency scare and the team was able to fit us in quickly. Front check-in was informative and pleasant. Tech who checked us in for history was very friendly, caring, and handled our kiddo with care. He informed us of steps prior to anything, which helped ease our minds. We worked with two doctors-both were amazing, communicated well, and heard our concerns. Our experience at the Smile Center Sunland location was disappointing from start to finish. The dentist rushed through the appointment, didn’t answer my questions or concerns, and it was obvious she wanted to leave as quickly as possible. We had already waited over 30 minutes, and by the time she finally came over, we were the only patients in the exam area.
