I can’t say enough BAD things about this place. They will price gouge you to death with a smile on their face. They quoted me nearly $600 PER tooth for 2 fillings. Luckily, I was wise enough to get a second opinion from another dentist and they informed me that it doesn’t even cost that much without dental insurance! My new dentist is going to fix 3 teeth for $118!! Their “luxury” care in the form of a fuzzy blanket and squishy earplugs is not worth the THOUSANDS of dollars they cheat people out of. Hearing about your office from my mother over the last few days has left me saddened. Her and my sister have always spoken highly of you and your practice. You allowed your husband to pull teeth without her being informed he was "out of network". Your office manager refused to work with her on any resolution this week. You've lost her as a patient and referral source. But even harder to hear is; you lost her trust. She needs extensive dental work and will go to a different dentist to complete it.
Where do I begin. Let me first say that not everything that glitters is gold. Despite the aesthetic of this office the care is subpar. Dr. Jun is all smiles at your first visit but beyond that she has a poor chair side manner and is aggressive. Her staff tried to coerce me into doing Invisalign with them but when it got to the real details of the treatment plan, instead of her just saying that she was inexperienced and couldn’t deliver expected results, she got aggressively rude.
