I was having severe tooth pain. The office got me in to see someone within half an hour of my call. Everyone there from the reception desk, the hygienist and my doctor were so nice, kind and so understanding. They explained everything to me and I left pain free!! I have found my new dentist and cannot say enough at how pleasant my entire experience was. Thank you all so very much!
I went for annual exam and cleaning.They checked my insurance for me several days in advance and was given the coverage amount. The office is easy to find and there is an underground parking garage to use- which is great in the winter! The appointment was easy to make, the paperwork to complete was simple and quick. There is an air of total professionalism at P&E. The tech, Lisa (if memory serves) was thorough, knowledgeable and personable with super steady hands. Dr. Pinsky with a sharp eye for detail, speaks calmly as he analyzes each tooth, every fold and wrinkle in your gums. You leave feeling that all of your concerns have been addressed with a clear idea for what's next in your care. I highly recommend this team.
Dr.Lin is amazing! I came in with a cracked molar and a lot of pain. They were very professional and fixed my tooth perfectly. Highly recommend!
When a crown came off one of my molars, the team was professional and right on top of scheduling an appointment at my convenience. I thought I would have to go through a couple of appointments to have a new crown fitted, made, and installed, but because the old one was in good condition, Dr. E was able to clean, inspect, and reinstall it on the spot. I highly recommend this dental practice.
