I went for annual exam and cleaning.They checked my insurance for me several days in advance and was given the coverage amount. The office is easy to find and there is an underground parking garage to use- which is great in the winter! The appointment was easy to make, the paperwork to complete was simple and quick. There is an air of total professionalism at P&E. The tech, Lisa (if memory serves) was thorough, knowledgeable and personable with super steady hands. Dr. Pinsky with a sharp eye for detail, speaks calmly as he analyzes each tooth, every fold and wrinkle in your gums. You leave feeling that all of your concerns have been addressed with a clear idea for what's next in your care. I highly recommend this team.
I’ve been here when Dr. Robbins (he was one of the best I’ve had to attend to my teeth) was here and left briefly due to the less than 40 minute commute (I don’t care for the traffic and streets to get there either) , but back again when the new dentists have transitioned here. The hygenist (Lisa) is the most thorough and efficient one I’ve had. Dr. Pinsky is great. The staff are efficient and friendly. I will be back here again next summer.
When a crown came off one of my molars, the team was professional and right on top of scheduling an appointment at my convenience. I thought I would have to go through a couple of appointments to have a new crown fitted, made, and installed, but because the old one was in good condition, Dr. E was able to clean, inspect, and reinstall it on the spot. I highly recommend this dental practice.
Had my cleaning with Lisa which I really like , she was thorough and very friendly. Dr. E came in to do my exam , he as well is very thorough, kind, friendly and knowledgeable, any question I had he would take the time to answer and explain. He had me do impression for my night guard which I am very happy with. Overall, great Dental office to go to . I highly recommend it .
