Our 4 year old daughter needed 4 crowns and a couple other cavities fixed under IV sedation. Every person we dealt with, from reception, technicians, anesthesia personnel and Dr. Joshi were very kind, thorough and explained every detail along the way. I like that they take payment beforehand so you have nothing to worry about on the day of the procedure. My daughter left feeling better than before, and loves her new "shiny teeth" lol. Thank you DPD Smiles and AAC anesthesia group for making a tough situation easy for us!
We love DPD smiles! They are so patient and calm and work so well with my 6 yr old daughter, making her experience enjoyable (well as enjoyable as you can make a dentist visit)
My 4 year old son was seen here and a plan was constructed to minimize his propensity to develop cavities in the deep pockets of his molars. After being talked into the premier upgraded treatments and fees associated, my son developed 4 cavities where the sealant was supposed to have been placed in less than a year. Another DDS told me off the record that the sealant was improperly and inadequatly applied, hence the cavities in relationship to their locations where resin was supposed to be placed. I can’t say enough good things about DPD Smiles (St. Charles)! I brought all four of my kids in for their checkups, and the team managed to see them all at the same time—smoothly, calmly, and with such a friendly attitude. The waiting area kept them entertained, and each child got the attention they needed without us being there all afternoon. The staff is warm, patient, and so good with kids (even my shy one felt comfortable right away). We left with clean teeth, no tears, and big smiles all around—mine included!
I needed to schedule a new patient appointment for my 2 year old daughter. I called the office many times but no response. Also filled out an online application many times still no response. Not recommended at all. Very disappointed.
