I saw Dr Jordan Mayo today for a consultation on a cavity that may be able to be done in order to save a tooth with problems. I explained that I have a bone issue and a very long history with major tooth replacement and reconstruction. I have seen my oral surgeon recently and he recommended I come back to Dickerson dental for this consult. I have always had Dr Dickerson the owner of the practice as my dentist and been very satisfied. I’ve been a patient at this dental office for a few years now, and I can genuinely say they are the best of the best. Every visit is welcoming, professional, and incredibly thorough. The entire team—from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists—goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and cared for. My first experience here has been lovely. It is a friendly, clean atmosphere. My hygienist Kate was fabulous- personable, gentle, & a wonderful technique! The newest X-ray method was very quick. The dentist introduced himself ( a plus!) The ladies at the front desk were kind & helpful! I look forward to my next cleaning!
I had the best hygiene appointment tonight! Liv was absolutely amazing :) so warm, so knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She shared helpful tips no other hygienist has ever mentioned to me, and she took her time explaining everything in the kindest way. Amazing staff, amazing dentists, amazing office. Having so many bad experiences that caused dental anxiety makes it impossible to find a dentist you trust. I came in for a cleaning with Liv who did such an amazing job and ended up needing some work done. Dr. Mayo was aware of my dental anxiety and couldn’t have made me more comfortable.
