I saw Dr Jordan Mayo today for a consultation on a cavity that may be able to be done in order to save a tooth with problems. I explained that I have a bone issue and a very long history with major tooth replacement and reconstruction. I have seen my oral surgeon recently and he recommended I come back to Dickerson dental for this consult. I had the best hygiene appointment tonight! Liv was absolutely amazing :) so warm, so knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She shared helpful tips no other hygienist has ever mentioned to me, and she took her time explaining everything in the kindest way. What really meant a lot was how attentive she was to the sensitivity I have in one or two teeth. She was extra gentle, something I’ve never experienced before, and it made such a difference. I’ve been a patient at this dental office for a few years now, and I can genuinely say they are the best of the best. Every visit is welcoming, professional, and incredibly thorough. The entire team—from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists—goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and cared for. I’m a newer parent of this practice as of this year and I’m so impressed with the care, attention, and compassion everyone in this office has for their patients. Being semi uncomfortable being at the dentist (and my partner absolutely terrified tbh) none of that didn’t even cross our minds once we met the wonder staff there during our cleanings, consultations, and appointments we’ve been to. My first experience here has been lovely. It is a friendly, clean atmosphere. My hygienist Kate was fabulous- personable, gentle, & a wonderful technique! The newest X-ray method was very quick. The dentist introduced himself ( a plus!) The ladies at the front desk were kind & helpful! I look forward to my next cleaning!
