Each team member is caring, gentle and understands a patient's experience extends beyond our office. We are not corporately owned, which means we don't have to deal with large management fees nor the bureaucracy that goes along with it. Our low overhead means that we can pass along those savings to our patients, and each staff member can take the time to get know every patient.

So, most of my experience has been a good one. A friendly and accommodating staff up to the point of my 3 month appointment. Zero issues up until my last visit. In May, I had my 3 month follow up where if I had any adjustments to request based off of my temporary set of teeth. I made one request of change. On my most recent appointment. I had my first appointment at Aria and was very impressed with the kindness, the communication of care and procedures to take place. I feel very grateful for my dentist’s recommendation to Aria! The entire staff we corresponded with were very professional and extremely kind. Sura spent a great deal of time with me explaining everything and offering excellent assurance of the surgery to take place along with the pre and post care. Very nice service and treatment. All doctors and nurses are very helpful and friendly. Sura and Nancy both are great nurses. Very knowledgeable and good attitude. Dr. Joe is excellent doctor very knowledgeable and very soft hands you will not feel like you have gone through an implant surgery
In a word, my first impression was WOW! Starting with Sura, the Surgical Assistant, a power house. Dr. Joe couldn't be more friendly, comforting and is clearly an experienced expert. It is evident the moment you enter the office, the other Doctors and every team member is professional, welcoming and obviously they are a positive unified team.
